1. French Lessons for parents – Beginner/Level 2 – at Sperling, Level 3 – at Inman
2. National Film Day – proposed date: April 19th. Schools who have contacted us: Alpha, Aubrey, Sperling, Brantford, Capitol Hill. Anyone else participating? $200 for popcorn & some freebies provided
3. Summer Camp issues to discuss: Eventbrite registration; Job posting – deadline April 13, Parks and Rec invoice for Charles Rummel Park, requested certificate of insurance
4. SC grant – Event summary and reporting form – have these been completed?
5. Film Fest – outstanding invoices and cheques, need cheque to Rachelle for reimbursement for theatre rental
6. La Fete des Arts/Spring performances – is Westridge and Cascade included?; high schools – need cheque written and dropped off
7. Literacy initiative
8. Seaforth donation request for Quebec trip
9. Concours d’Art Oratoire – update
10. AGM – May 9 tentative date
11. Discuss the budget for next year
